There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned product.

Exchanges

Damaged Product
Please contact us with your damage claim
All damaged product is insured by the shipper and will be replaced at no cost to you.
Please keep all product packaging, shipper may request inspection.
We will need a picture of the damaged product emailed to us.
Once shipper approves the damage claim, replacement product will be shipped to you.
Defective Product
Please contact us with your defective product claim
Any defective product will be replaced at no cost to you.
Defective products will replaced with like product only.
if you choose not to have product replaced, the product will be picked up and only the cost of the product will be refunded, NOT shipping.
Some products are warrantied directly with the manufacturer
We will need a picture of any defective product emailed to us.

Missing or Incorrect Product
We will immediately replace any missing or incorrect product in your order.
All shipping charges for the incorrect/missing product will be our responsibility.
